VoroCast

Terms of Use

Effective: July 22, 2026

These terms govern VoroCast service functions provided by NET-LINE Online-Dienste GmbH. The Apple Standard EULA applies separately to the iOS app license.

Service and accounts

VoroCast is a mobile live-streaming tool for direct RTMP and WebRTC/SFU workflows. Core local setup is available without registration. An optional account may be used for saved identity and compatible managed workflows.

VoroCast is intended for users aged 13 or older. Where applicable law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you may use the service only with that permission.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and stream credentials, and meet the age and account requirements of each selected destination.

Content and destination responsibility

You may stream only content you are legally entitled to transmit. Illegal, infringing, deceptive, privacy-violating, or harmful use is prohibited.

Twitch, YouTube, custom RTMP services, mobile carriers, and network providers are independent services. Their terms, moderation decisions, fees, limits, and availability also apply. You are responsible for selecting the correct destination and protecting its stream key.

Availability and changes

Streaming depends on device permissions, network quality, destination availability, and compatible server infrastructure. We may maintain, secure, change, limit, or discontinue functions where reasonably necessary.

We do not promise uninterrupted transmission or acceptance by a third-party destination. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict service access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, third parties, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time and can delete a VoroCast-created account in the app.

Contact

Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to support@vorocast.app. Privacy requests should be sent to datenschutz@netline-services.de.

Safety and content reports

Report illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content or conduct to support@vorocast.app. Include the destination, account or session reference, approximate time, and a clear description where available; do not send unnecessary sensitive material. We review reports without undue delay and may restrict accounts or service access, preserve legally required evidence, or notify competent authorities where required.

Applicable law and consumer disputes

German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025. NET-LINE Online-Dienste GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
